We want to introduce and invite you and anyone over 50 experiencing loneliness and Isolation in Harlow, Essex, to our New Senior Centre Club.
The Senior Centre opens every Friday from the 21st of February, 2025, from 2 pm to 5 pm at Hastingwood Village Hall.
We will meet on Fridays for Health talks, yoga, brain activities/exercise, meeting and making new friends.
Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be available, and so much more.
