Our church is now open again daily between (9:00am – 4:00pm) for private prayer. With a proud history going back a thousand years, we are pleased to be able to welcome visitors once again.
Sunday services take place on the first and third Sundays of the month at 9.00am and Morning Prayer Tuesdays at 8.30am most weeks. See details of forthcoming services on the right of this page and below.
St. Botolph’s has assessed all the steps needed to enable services to take place in a COVID-secure way. A risk assessment and guidance document on attendance are available by following the links.
The Saffron Walden and Villages Team Ministry is continuing to ensure that there is a wide range of ways in which people can access worship across the 12 churches of the Team. These include services in church; on-line Zoom or YouTube services, a weekly service sheet and Grapevine (giving Bible readings).

SERVICES AT ST BOTOLPH’S
Following the lifting of legal restrictions, we are following church guidance and retaining some social distancing, but prior booking is not required. Face coverings are also not required.
Morning Prayer takes place in the church each Tuesday at 8.30 am.
