The North East Essex Sanctuary is a mental health service run by Mid and North East Essex Mind.
We offer compassionate and effective support to help you through difficult times with your mental health, working with a wide range of partners. Our aim is for you to receive the right care at the right time, in a way that’s best for you.
We are open 365 days a year, offering 1-to-1 and group support for adults (18+) living in North East Essex.
Sanctuary Hubs are available in Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea. We also offer support on the phone or online.
