Essex Dementia Care is a charity set up in 2009 to support people with dementia and we do this through our specialised One2One ‘Memory Companion’ service and our friendly activity centres in Writtle, Springfield, Sandon and Broomfield in Chelmsford and Bradwell in Braintree.
The service and support we offer helps people with dementia continue to live active and fulfilling lives which can keep loved ones at home for longer and out of full time care. Our activity based approach both in our activity centres and One2One ‘Memory Companion’ service enables clients to maintain a sense of well-being and independence for as long as possible.
