Batias is currently providing a Health Coaching service for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, this is an Essex wide service (excluding the unitary areas of Thurrock and Southend).
Health Coaches can support with filling in a Health Action Plan, Hospital Passport, and ensuring you are on your GP surgeries LD register. Health Coaches can also support with information about a range of health conditions, as well as support with booking medical appointments such as annual health checks, dental appointments, blood tests.
Health Coaches can also provide information about groups and activities if you are interested in improving your health through exercise.
