The postpartum body is an ocean of change. Easing into any type of exercise after birth is key to overall health. I’m pleased to be able to offer FREE nurturing, yet energising postnatal sessions.
Battling sleep deprivation, hormonal fluctuations, stress and the emotional and psychological roller coaster require a gradual and balanced return to exercise.
Recovering core strength, rehabilitating and re-inhabiting areas most directly affected by pregnancy and childbirth help to support healing and manage the demands of a new baby (feeding, lifting, bending, …).
This supportive and trauma-informed class is focussed on body positivity, recovery and vitality.
No fitness/yoga experience required. Modifications, progressions as well as adaptations for health conditions offered.
Suitable following 6-8 week postpartum medical check-up /
from 12 weeks post c-section (other complications at birth)
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks (up to 12 months)
NB: We all have different lifestyles, and you can choose to share this experience with your baby or take this time to focus on your self and wellbeing. Either way, your baby will benefit from your better self.
