BREATHE EASY SUPPORT GROUPS ARE CURRENTLY BEING RUN OVER ZOOM HOWEVER WE AIM TO REOPEN OUR MEET UP GROUPS SHORTLY

Breathe easy is a support network for people who have a lung condition and for those who look after them. These people often feel alone and making friends is important.

Breathe Easy groups provide a good opportunity for this to happen. The groups meet in many different towns, and indeed in Essex we now have 9 groups. They usually meet once a month and offer free information leaflets on the various diseases involved with lungs. They usually have a speaker on many different subjects and arrange social activities, outings and fund raising events. They are always there for your questions or queries – If they do not know the answer then they know a person who does.
