Potter Street Family Hub Delivery Site provides a warm and friendly service for families. We welcome children, young people and their families and provide access to support and services to help children and families achieve the best start in life.
Our wide range of services include baby weighing, breastfeeding network and volunteers support and guidance for mums. Our healthy family support workers offer help with issues such as child behaviour, benefit and debt referrals, and liaise closely with our health visitor colleagues, social care and schools.
We want parents and carers to have access to services and networks which will empower and help them support their family.

Potter Street Family Hub is attached to the Potter Street Primary Academy and is open when services or activities are being delivered. Please note that parking is not permitted on the school premises.
We are based in Harlow and are part of the Tree House Family Hub.
