Essex Sight operates from the borders with Suffolk in the north to the M25 in the south and out to the coast. We have a permanent Sight Centre in Colchester, and a number of pop up clinics that operate in towns throughout the County.
If you live in Brentwood or surrounding areas, come and visit us in the Library at our monthly sight centre. We can provide advice and information on eye conditions and a range of services/benefits for people with visual impairment, or just a friendly chat.
We can also give advice on other local organisations and demonstrate small pieces of equipment to help you maintain your independence.
Audio Book group 1.30-2.30 after the Sight Centre closes. We choose from a selection of audio books on different topics each month. This is a small friendly group who enjoy meeting up to chat and exchange reading ideas. New members are always made welcome.
